STEP 1. Soak the suction cup in warm water for about 10 mins.
STEP 2. Lose the wooden part and wipe the suction cup clean.
STEP 3. Press the suction cup to your clean window (make sure the air in the suction cups has been pressed out)
STEP 4. Keep the suction cup pressed and tighten the wooden part.
